The covers I received were in good shape, material was good but the color was not what I thought it was. I wanted black which it looked like black when I selected it but when I receive them they were a navy blue. I use them but not really what I wanted they do not match my patio chair but I just didn't feel like sending them back.

I did give them the right dimensions from the very beginning and it took extra long to get my covers because of all the inquiries back-and-forth and lost emails.

Had a problem downloading the artwork so after chatting and speaking with at least 8 different people I ordered it with no artwork. The cover fits perfectly and is very nice. Someone could have told me that it weighs so much I should put on a zipper on the back. I made this cover to cover a tv and cart in my back yard. Called to ask if I mailed it back could they install a zipper and they said NO. Was manufactured in India and they don't have the resources to add the zipper. I had to take it to a local leather shop as the cover is too thick for a normal sewing machine and still waiting for the cost. Very nice cover but just a fiasco trying to communicate with so many different reps. Terrible communication.

No one has a grill cover that fits correctly except these guys. Don't be fooled by the picture, you still need to fold the side plates up before the cover fits

Fedex has problems getting it to me, so it took a month. Once here, the sun shade was much too small for the area it was supposed to cover. Even with the turnbuckles extended as far as they could be. Hopefully i can replacement quickly.

I love our new outdoor dining cover. I was very appreciative of the fact that the company contacted me based on my submitted photo. The suggested I could get a cover big enough to cover the table and chairs. We resubmitted the dimensions and our cover arrived a few days later. We recently had a hurricane/ tropical storm and my furniture was completely safe and dry.
I want to return what I received because of the color, but did not receive a response on a return policy.
