I'm sure a great company if everything goes right but they have a quality control issue. Ordered a cover on Aug 28th and was supposed to receive it Sept 15th. Received it Sept 29th and cover had wrong size stairs. It is now Oct 10th and still no cover. Supposably to arrive around Oct 20th. Had to buy temporary cover to keep the leaves out while I waited for my cover. Almost 2 months to possibly receive it ( hope it's right this time) with nothing but I'm sorry for delay. Costumer service is poor! Lies and empty promises. Unacceptable business practices in my opinion and would not recommend purchasing from here.

I entered the dimensions of a table cover online as being a 40" diameter. I also entered the discount code to get a $12 discount. When the order confirmation came through on my email, it had the wrong dimension of 37". I called the company to request a change and they said that I'd have to pay the $8.26 difference because of my error in ordering a 37" custom cover. I explained that I did not order the 37" cover and the lower price was NOT for the 37" table cover but instead reflected the amount of the first time discount applied. They insisted that I needed to pay the difference anyway despite my explaining that the wrong size was not my fault, and I promptly cancelled the order. While admitting that the website has had "issues," customer service refused to waive a fee for something that was not my fault to begin with, and not reflecting the first time order discount that I was to receive. Ridiculous to lose an almost $80 sale over a disputed $8.00!
We have a unique sectional that isn't 90 degrees. It's more of an arc and is at 155 degrees. They emailed us 5 different times to confirm the measurements and design was correct. Very thorough. The price is under high quality covers that aren't custom and nominal fixed dimensions. I'll take custom from Covers & All every time.
