We found this product as an alternative to one that didn't quite fit on another site & at a fraction of the cost. We highly recommend this product.
It took a long time and a lot of back-and-forth to get the order right. Now that it has arrived, I think we missed the mark on the portion of the cover that seemed to take so long to get added, which was a cover for the seat (it is just a flap that just sits on top and doesn't hug the sides of the seat.) Anyway, its okay, but so far not really worth the price (or the hassle.) I mean, its just a sandbox cover.
In all the back-and-forth, I had originally ordered these inflatable pillows to go under the tarp to help give it rise to assist with water runoff. I guess at some point that fell off the order and I missed it, so that was a bit disappointing.

I was not sure how the custom covers worked but the team took the time to make sure they were making me exactly what I needed. In fact, they suggested a different product that met my needs for an outdoor product and in the end, saved me money. Once we were all in agreement on the product, it was at my house in a few days. I will definitely use the team again.

I'm sure a great company if everything goes right but they have a quality control issue. Ordered a cover on Aug 28th and was supposed to receive it Sept 15th. Received it Sept 29th and cover had wrong size stairs. It is now Oct 10th and still no cover. Supposably to arrive around Oct 20th. Had to buy temporary cover to keep the leaves out while I waited for my cover. Almost 2 months to possibly receive it ( hope it's right this time) with nothing but I'm sorry for delay. Costumer service is poor! Lies and empty promises. Unacceptable business practices in my opinion and would not recommend purchasing from here.
