I ordered a tailor made cover for use outside on a patio privacy/wind screen. Easy to order. I received confirmation allowing time to check the size before I was notified that the order was being sent for manufacture. Delivered air mail from India, well packed and secure. Item was very substantial and fitted perfectly. Looks as if it should last a long time out in the weather. Price more than reasonable for what I received.

I purchased a mid range material garden corner seat and separate table cover. The online process was generally OK, but I sent an initial dimensioned photograph, and the online chat person then sent me an opposite hand model to populate with my dims, which was easy to use. I stated the model was opposite hand and I was advised to make sure I asked for a drawing to sigh off before production commenced. I filled the model in and advised I needed it the opposite hand. We went through the process and it all worked very well. Then I was advised there was an £80 changes charge! I said I didn't change anything, just asked for clarifcation on some points. They then sent dims showing the changes, which was basically moving the model from LH to RH, I advised that I used the model they sent me and had made no changes. They then said they had reverted the dimension back and there would be no charge. I said what have you changed! You should only make what I have signed off. Please send me a model of what you are making. I was then sent the last model I had signed off so that was OK. To be fair they were very responsive, and quick in responding. They were out of UK time sync as I assume they were in India. The cover has only been here a couple of weeks, but it seems very good. Obviously time will tell. I will use them again, just keep a close eye on the detail on the design stage, which is only sensible anyway.

I ordered a replacement cover for a garden bench seat. It turned out to be even nicer than the original one! It is properly waterproof, has two zips that meet in the middle and fits perfectly. Price was very competitive for made-to-measure, especially given the quality of the fabric, zips and general workmanship. Delivery was quick. Will definitely use this company again in future!

I have a VERY old screen door on the back of our guest house extension of our barn to which my hubby has a sentimental attachment. Have yet to receive my cover. Its delivery from India is lost in the FEDEX universe somewhere here in the states. Neither C&A nor FEDEX can tell me when it will be delivered, if at all.

The quality of product five stars, customer service five stars, choice of carrier two stars I only received half of the order and are still waiting for the rest. The instructions for measuring and the online form to input the measurements was wonderful. Appreciated getting the drawing of it prior to production. It came well packaged and looks great. The only issue is there is a handle on the door to open the fire pit, and I didn't think to measure around that. The cover goes on but is very snug at the handle and isn't able to be pulled down the last couple of inches to reach the ground.

Product, service and delivery was great with regular updates. I did find correspondence between desgn team and sales confusing and was done through a messaging system. However, this was not a problem for long and production was swift.
I would certainly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
