The only reason I didn't give a 5 are, I could not get questions answered after the purchase. I finally got a call two days after emailing and having to leave phone message. I was told he would fined out my questions and promised he, himself would call me back the next day. I never have had that call yet. Thy ill en out a standard formed email occasionally but, it has nothing to do with your questions. I could go on about what my questions were but, I don't think it matters. By the way, I pai extra to make sure I had my purchase by a certain day, one item wasn't in the container so paying extra did me no good. I wanted these to set up for a reception, since I didn't get everything, I had to purchase wood to temporarily enclose the patio, which cost me more then the tarp and make part out of wood and the rest with the 2 out of 3 tarps I did get.
The tarps themselves, I love. There a few things I would have done differently knowing what I know now. Maybe my biggest change would be to use oval grommets. This way I could use different fasteners so taking down and putting up would be very quick.
One year ago, I had someone come over to give me a quote to recover my patio furniture cushions. The cost was as much as replacing the set. I did not want to do that, so I searched other places for some thing to replace what I had. I decided to put all the information and measurements in to coversandall and see what the cost would be, and it was so reasonable. I decided it was worth taking a chance at fraction of the cost that I have been quoted before from the another source. I ordered on 10 December, I was notified the next day that I needed to make an adjustment on my measurements and I was very thankful they notified me because I had a rounded corner. I received my order on 28 December and a color it's nice the fabric is great has water barrier, and everything fits perfect. Custom made by my measurements worked perfect. And although I specified my zippers in the wrong place on a few pieces, the way they do hidden, zippers, it's a noticeable I have to say I am incredibly happy. I wish they had more colors but this color does suit my needs. I ordered five pieces for club chairs, 10 pieces for dining chair, seats, and 14 pieces for my sectional. I would definitely recommend and do this again in another color. And one more thing, while I was placing the order, I did utilize the chat bubble. The associates were very helpful in guiding me through this.

The cover tore to pieces with in a half hour of being on the lift. Complete waste of money! Very unhappy with it. A blue trap would of been a better choice
