The design and quality are great. I hope it lasts for years to come. The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that it's a little too long and hangs on the ground even though I discussed this concern during the design process. Other than that the cover is great so far.

I ordered and then you asked more questions and I clarified them. My coupon was not applied when the order went through again.
Overall, the experience was better than average. To their credit, I did have a difficult to fit Cust custom outdoor kitchen. I went back-and-forth with them four or five times. I will say the customer service department was excellent. The product I got was very good. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered an outdoor tarp for truck when I only needed to an indoor tarp for dust particles and such. I tried to return it. Can't help but think they would've gladly exchanged if they offered what I needed, but they do not. Covers & All makes a quality tarp, and I was easily able to sell it by taking a 50% loss. They call every tarp "custom made" so as to legally get out of returns/refunds. The tarp I ordered was for a midsize truck and I used their specs- would've fit any Ford or Chevy Mid-size quad cab, but it was still deemed "special order" and therefore not subject to a return. Be precise when ordering. Measure for yourself- do not assume. I have two fire-pits in need of new tarps- won't be this bunch.
First time customer, but with this great experience, we will definitely be back. The overall quality of the product is super, gives as much confidence in protection of our outdoor items, and leads us to believe that, as we need to do the same for future, hot tubs grills, or other outdoor furniture, we will most definitely back to Covers & All. Fit perfectly protects well. Waterproof cover keeps my white cushion from getting dirty.

Cover material quality was excellent but this is the second oversized cover I've gotten from Covers & All so one of us is doing something wrong either my measurements are off or the covers are too large.

My interaction with customer service and the design team members was superior. I wanted a very specific design to protect my newly purchased water softener and allow me to monitor and make changes to the water softener's programming without removing the cover. Covers & All provided draft drawings were I could validate my own provided measurements. After I confirmed the draft drawings my project was constructed. A painless process.
