The material is great quality, but the covers were too big. When asked to exchange since they were a standard size and color, they would not. I understand they are "custom" and I could have measured wrong, but we had to go buy foam to fill them in and not just one inch of foam, but two. I did not mismeasure by two inches. Just be very careful measuring and error on the smaller side. The covers seem to run big.

No email of acknowledgement of a transaction. Surprise---product showed up a couple weeks later from india.

I submitted a picture with some basic rectangle measurements and the designer customized it for a better fit. Their application worked very well to communicate measurements and the process took about a week to finalize a design.
