We ordered custom made covers for our outside patio furniture. When they arrived we could not get them to fit the furniture. Per the Covers and All literature they were supposed to add 1" to 2" to each dimension so that they could be pulled on easily. The elastic would then allow the cover to stay tightly on the furniture. They did not do so. They requested pictures with measurements which clearly showed they were made incorrectly. After review of the pictures Covers and All informed us that happily, they showed that the covers were made correctly...even though they don't fit.
There was a complete lack of integrity in their response to us and they basically just "blew us off" in their response.
$350 down the drain. DO NOT USE THEM!

Quick and easy to get a custom dining table cover for our patio table! We moved a dining room table to our patio and b/c it is a mango wood table, it needed outdoor protection. We ordered a custom cover from Covers & All and it fits perfect. We deliberately made it short so it would not interfere with the chairs being pushed all the way in. It looks great, protects as expected and as a side bonus, it allows us to use this table as a work surface as well. We love it!

Several emails and phone calls to "confirm " dimensions. I believe they want you to forget your order. Don't waste time & money here!

STAY AWAY…do not waste your money.
First time ordering a hot tub cover from this company. The cover did not meet the needs I needed and immediately less than 24 hours contacted customer service.
After 48 hours they responded and to my dismay they do not refund money. All they offer is a reshoot of same item or a store credit.
The material and durability will not withstand torrential rains and snow and they refuse to issue a refund for a product that cost more than $300. Unbelievable and disgusting. Stay away!

We had spent a lot of money 10 years ago on our patio furniture. It still looks good, but the cushions were done. When we looked into replacing them, the cost was astronomical. Went to a local place and got a $1000 dollar quote for new covers OR cushions. Then we found this site. Was a little hesitant, but when the order arrived, it truly exceeded my expectations. I think that if I were to do it again, I would remove the covers from the stuffing and measure them that way, as they are slightly too big compared to the originals. We added some stuffing and filled them out nicely!

I purchased a cover for my treadmill and one for my elliptical. They arrived on time, fit and look nice. But they blew off the first time it was windy. There is a "drawstring" along the bottom, but both sides of the string come out the same grommet and when you pull on the string to tighten the fit, it does NOTHING! I can't believe I spent hundreds of dollars on these covers and now every time it's windy, I have to cover them with bricks! It's clear that Covers & All, has never actually tried to USE the drawstring they installed on these covers. What a waste of money!
