I was a bit hesitant before using Covers & All since I'm so used to the security of online shopping with main brands but really pleased with the experience, quality and overall cost for a new cover! The quality is far better then the original cover that came with our couch -- which cost hundreds of dollars. I made sure to take the time to measure everything correctly and someone even reached out to confirm the measurements because it was a arched bench seat. Shipping was accurate and on time too. All around great experience!

Good experience I was hesitant at first but the product is worth the price and we had an issue that customer service solved. The only thing I would have changed would have been to double check my measurements AND the measurements they sent.

I got several emails from the design team with questions to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The covers are very durable, good quality. They are a little big for the cushions, but that was my own fault due to measuring. I highly recommend this company.

I placed the order with different measurements than my prior order 2 years before and before fulfillment the followed up to confirm as they noticed the difference. I decided to adjust the measurements from my prior purchase for a better fit and I failed again in providing accurate measurements but that is completely on me. At the end I made some adjustments and I will be able to use it as it is and when I need a replacement, I will make sure I have the correct measures.
