I was communicated with sufficiently. I sent an email as a response to a question with more measurements and you did not get the email. I did not know this because you never let me know. A lot time when by and I finally reached out and then was told there was problem. I should have received a follow up when you thought I didn't respond. Another problem I find is how many questions you asked about the measurements. 2 of the 3 covers fit great but the 3rd to oversized. Which is a problem I've had with past covers.

I'm so pleased with our new cushion covers. Covers and All did a detailed job in creating beautifully tailored covers. I had numerous communications with them to make sure the measurements were accurate. They were easy to reach by phone and receptive to my questions. It took awhile to make sure they understood exactly what I needed but well worth the time in order to create the perfect covers.
