The team was great to work with. I made some changes to the measurements after I sent the initial photo, and the team got right back to me to let me know they agreed the changes were correct. And they sent a mockup to verify before it was final. The communication was fantastic. And once I realized I hadn't approved the final design and did so, it arrived very quickly.

The process was a bit confusing as I was replacing covers for an outdoor sectional couch with odd corner cushions. I rushed through the measurements. After several emails from them for new measurements and pictures I finally got it right. They were so good at correcting and corresponding with me. They were delivered and fit perfectly.
