They were very thorough in determining the dimensions and needs with several mock-ups and confirmation emails with photos etc. The product fit perfect, I was only disappointed in the color because I thought is was going to be black. The blue is very bright and stands out on the back of my RV, which not very desirable when staying at RV parks.

We had one problem that we believe is do to Fed X handling when handing off to US post office. It looks like postage label fell off and we had to go the post office to pay for shipping. This may be because the wrapping on our order order was very slick plastic. This was a minor problem that we cannot fault Covers and ALL for.

I was charged tax when it is Ohio Tax Free Celebration (7/30/24 - 8/8/24). I have purchased over 2 dozen items online during this time and it was the first website that didn't remove the tax.

I ordered 4 customized pieces for my patio furniture. I liked the communication about making sure I had the correct size, however they're not long enough and when I pull on the cords to tighten, they're so stiff, I can't pull the cords tight enough. Also I thought I ordered all black, but the table cover is gray for some reason. All in all though the covers fit nicely and will protect my furniture very well.
