Delivered was on time, unfortunately the covers are too right and barely fit. It would be nice if during the order an additional margin was recommended to make sure that the covers fit.

Products are great, however they are not labeled and we ordered a variety of different sizes so I am not sure how to differentiate them so now I will have to label and differentiate them.

I ordered it to be 10' 2' in length and it was cut to 9' so it was too short and did not work for what I intended it to.

Amazing value for quality product

A dining bench seat cushion in our RV got sliced and I couldn't be more pleased with the cover from Covers & All. It fits the cushion perfectly and is top quality canvassy fabric. Amazing value for a custom dimension large cover with zipper at less than $35!

They were very thorough in determining the dimensions and needs with several mock-ups and confirmation emails with photos etc. The product fit perfect, I was only disappointed in the color because I thought is was going to be black. The blue is very bright and stands out on the back of my RV, which not very desirable when staying at RV parks.

We had one problem that we believe is do to Fed X handling when handing off to US post office. It looks like postage label fell off and we had to go the post office to pay for shipping. This may be because the wrapping on our order order was very slick plastic. This was a minor problem that we cannot fault Covers and ALL for.

I ordered 4 customized pieces for my patio furniture. I liked the communication about making sure I had the correct size, however they're not long enough and when I pull on the cords to tighten, they're so stiff, I can't pull the cords tight enough. Also I thought I ordered all black, but the table cover is gray for some reason. All in all though the covers fit nicely and will protect my furniture very well.

I was having issues with my Rheumatoid Arthritis, so measuring was difficult for me. The customer service representative was so kind and patient with me, as I had to remeasure several times to get it right.
