Poor communication

Within an hour of ordering I made a change.
I didn't hear for weeks, then was told it was bring sent. THEN got told U was too late.
The emails were to some obscure European place not USA

Product not delivered as promised

Had a specific delivery timeline based on international travel itinerary. Upgrading the shipping to "priority" (at extra cost) indicated the order would be delivered in the required timeframe. That did not happen. Only after repeated outreach did I get a response from Covers refunding the upgraded shipping cost. I've not seen the product & cannot speak to the quality as I had to depart before the product arrived.

First cover for our spa was very good. Fit, construction and had a heavy feel due to the weight of the material. We purchased another cover expecting similar quality but were slightly disappointed in the new cover. The cost was much higher but the material quality feels much lower than the original cover. Time will tell.

It Works

The price seemed reasonable in the market, the process of getting approval of the design before proceeding was sound and the items were as expected. The one thing that could be improved is to provide notification and tracking of the delivery, which is something we get with most online purchases. We had no idea when they were coming and then they just turned up without notification.

Back seat cover

The product stuck of chemicals when I received it. I washed it in the tub once, then drained the water & rinsed it with Downey to get rid of the smell, but some of the liquid Downey stuck to the cover, so I drained the water again and scrubbed off the Downey and it smells better now. I also don't like the fact that the tag says the cover is flammable & to avoid danger of suffocation please keep this cover away from children. I haven't put it in the backseat yet to see how it fits.

Reasonable for price

I found the measurements were out slightly smaller than I said but managed to add some wood in the gap to make fit

Also some parts missing to tie down the roller blind so had to buy own from Amazon

No instructions so YouTube it bit over all the product is good

Falsely advertised and misleading!

When ordering a pool cover from this site, the cover we were trying to order was supposed to be a cover with straps and concrete anchors. We were charged almost $1100 and we received a cover with no straps and only had water bags as the securing method.
We were told it was our error and they would not provide us with a full refund.

I went back to the same website and link we ordered from previously and acted as if I was going to place a new order to see what we may have done wrong... and the photos, product details and even the installation guide all leads us to believe we are ordering a cover with straps and concrete anchors. Nowhere does is lead us to say we are receiving a cover with water bags as a securing method.
The website is extremely misleading and falsely advertised. Would absolutely not recommend this company. We are still trying to return this product and get a refund. Waiting for a manager to call us back

I received an email delaying delivery date of 16 March but no updated delivery date. I emailed on 17 March with no response then the parcel arrived (I think today) & I am away interstate. Thankfully my neighbour saw it & picked it up for me.

Beautiful Custom fit

After ordering two previous 'standard' covers for my double side burner, this custom made one is just perfect. It fits securely and is a sturdy fabric, unlike the commercial ones which were much too large and loose.

Very useful service

My covers are simple rectangular sheets. The material looks good and durable. A couple of the folds on the corners were a bit sloppy but other than that I'd still recommend them.
