I had to customize my cover beyond the basic design of the U Shape (my couch had rounded interior corners instead of 90 degree corners). I previously had water-resistant covers for my lanai furniture that just didn't work in heavy rain. These waterproof covers will definitely give me peace of mind during those storms. They are a little heavy but I assume with more use they will become more flexible.

Speaking with customer service was very frustrating. I never go to talk with anyone who was fluid in English. I'm not surprised that the covers are not made in USA. And that isn't an issue with me. But when I have a question or they have a question it would be so much easier if those communicating with the customer was in this country and was easy to understand.

The outdoor couch covers arrived just as I had expected. The customer support team followed up on a timely manner to ensure that the design was just as I wanted and kept reverting with updated mock files for confirmation. They expedited the production upon request as I wanted it to arrive before Diwali. Although it arrived a little later than when i had wanted it to, the quality of the product and the fit is amazing.
