Bought the heavy duty tarp and it is heavy! The quality of the tarp and workmanship appears to be first rate...the seam edge and grommets are substantial and well-attached. Haven't used it yet so I can't say how it holds up but so far it looks great.

The pillows are the back of the chairs. I believe I gave the correct dimensions, but there was no option in the order for zipper placement. So consequently the zipper was not on the long side but sewn in to the short side. So the placement of the zipper is exposed on the side. This also shows the grain of fabric going in the wrong direction. Otherwise it looks beautiful.

I'm giving this 4 stars because the grommets were 1/2 the size that they were when i ordered the same thing 4 years ago. We had to move all the anchors to line up with the smaller grommets which was A LOT of work. Was not real happy about that, what should have taken us 5 minutes to put up, took over an hour.

I have bought 6 covers over the past few years as I replace some competitor cheaper covers. Although a bit more expensive for the premium (vinyl like) cover, they are very robust and I foresee them lasting for quite some time. In addition, the free labeling is fun. :)

For the firepit cover I noticed after reviewing the submitted order that I put in grey instead of brown (as I had done for the bar island cover). I used the support tool but never received an acknowledgement, confirmation, or reply. The quality of the products are good, but for the price I would have expected more responsiveness. This will add some hesitation next time I plan to purchase products from your company.
