I ordered a cover for a sectional couch 108". It came and the cover was for a chair. I notified customer service. Their emails indicated doubt about my reason for return, saying it is what was ordered I sent them a screenshot of the cover and description). They said it was as ordered. I then sent them an explanation, at which time they asked how I knew it was the wrong size. I sent a pic with the tape measure on top of the cover. They sent me s nipping asked if I wanted a cover? I said yes. I haven't received a refund or a replacement.
We looked on Amazon for replacement cushions for our Patiorama patio furniture but found Covers & All. Quality of work and material is so much better than we expected! We plan to order more custom covers for our boat cabin cushions as well
The price was reasonable, the communication was excellent, the pillowcases are waterproof and they're really easy to put on.

The cover I received exceeded all expectations. The process was a little irritating because they required multiple measurements and detailed pictures on several occasions during the process for a basic square portable grill. That said, the end result made the process well worth it. I will use this company again if I need another custom cover.

It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and I still don't have half of it. They sent me two shipments, one was the wrong product, and then just marked my order as complete and closed it out. They also didn't even send the right size covers of the ones that did arrive, so my cushion covers don't fit!
So far so good - will be able to tell when our custom cover arrives.
Well it arrived, took a little time to arrive from India, but given we put a custom logo of our own design, 14 days seemed very fast. It was silk screened onto a 12x14" patch that is sewn onto the actual cover, and looks fine.
It was not exactly what I was expecting, based on photos, as it had more "features" than what I had expected (moister vents and handles on the side), but could not stop smiling when it was placed on the grill. As this was custom sized for our built-in grill, and others complained in reviews I was worried. It was PERFECTLY done, fit like a glove. We love it so far.
We are going to order more as custom gifts with out friends names on them.

Measurements are in inches as this is an American company (any chance the Aussie site could get centimetres please) but as far as value and quality and speed of delivery I was blown away. I am a repeat customer and will use them again and again. Very impressive finish with water-resistant zippers, piped edges and made my things look like a million bucks having these on display. BRILLIANT! One other thing would be lovely if we could have more colour options for seat cushion covers!
