We ordered a custom cover for our fire table. We received a email. It was not clear in the email that we had to respond and accept. So we thought the item was coming on a certain date. This date passed. I called and a was told I had to respond to email. I did and product was sent. Very nice quality. I was also surprised it was made in India. Thought they were a USA company.

Make sure you measure, and then measure again to be sure (I almost sent the wrong measurements), but when they came, they were absolutely a perfect fit and great quality.

I am pleased with the replacement cover received. I purchased 3 large covers for my outdoor patio furniture over the past 2 years. The quality is superior. The velcro, instead of a zipper will help the product last longer IMO. The reason it's not a 5 star review is due to the initial difficulties I had getting the company to honor the warranty.
