The product was nothing like either what we ordered or the mockup you presented, which in the end we just went with. In the mock-up there was a long zipper which would have made accessing the tables and mattress inside fairly easy, but the end product was nothing like that - including only one side instead of two which would have covered both sides of the product and encased the whole thing. If only one side was needed why would there have been a zipper?

I did some research prior to shopping on their site and Covers&All were offering the most competitive deal. I was on a deadline to get the covers for my convertible camper-van mattress, so I ordered the express shipping which assured delivery by a certain date. Unfortunately the covers did not arrive on time and I was directed to the courier to chase down the order. The courier's site projected a different delivery date, two days after the original date and a day after I was scheduled to begin traveling. The shipment did not arrive by the courier's date, but they documented that it had been delivered with reference to "attached image" for proof. No such image was attached. After chatting online with staff from Covers&All, and with the courier, FedEx, as well as emails and phone calls made to try and track down the shipment, it finally arrived four days late. There were further issues with the courier that I won't go into here. After some discussion, Covers&All agreed to refund my express shipping cost and they have done a great job following up since. Their product is good quality, the size is perfect and the colour exactly as advertised. All told I am happy with the product and the service they provided, just bummed about the delivery debacle!
