Product is great. Customer service is frustrating. I was concerned my measurements were too tight and tried to reach out to either adjust measurements or to find out how tight fitting the finished product is. I attempted to make contact no more than 24hrs after the purchase. I was told it was too late to make changes as the product had already been made. And my other questions concerning the fit were ignored almost like I was talking to an auto responder.
I never got to the bottom of that. Very frustrating circular conversations where no one was actually reading my questions. In the end I had it shipped anyways and it fit perfectly.

Great experience. The product is great but probably needed to be a bit bigger to fit well. Our measurements needed xtra added to allow enough material to secure it. This is not the supplier's fault. We did manage to get it to fit.
