I was so glad I found this company. I was going to replace my entire outdoor setting, but after replacing the cushions, it has completely rejuvenated it.
I was pleasantly surprised at the great price for such a quality product. I only wish Covers and All produced loose covers for the large soft cushions I have. The covers I had made are for rigid seat cushions but not for the back soft cushions which I now have to make myself. Highly recommend if you are after good quality covers for stiff foam retangular or square cushions.

Poor, long delays on responses, always via email and never via phone. Poor quality product, poor fit, no instructions to assist in fitting or labelling of corners to identify.
Our custom covers fitted perfectly and more or less the expected colour according to the colour swatch on the website. Delivery by DHL was not anticipated but there is the option to authorize delivery without signature via DHL sms delivery notification.

Generally the quality of sewing was good too. However the ‘ties' and zips weren't aligned to be at the back of the cushions, so now I have some Zips on the side and some at the back. Also on the fabric which joins the top and base of the cushion, there were seams/joins in the fabric (which I understand to utilise the fabric efficiently is more cost effective, joins are acceptable) however these joins could have been put on a corner, not 3/4 along the front of the cushion.
Had I bought these in a store I would have returned them. Just something I believe you should update your seamstresses on.
