Up front guidance and the provision of mockups was very useful in making sure we had all the many measurements correct. The cover arrived very quickly and is good quality, fits nicely and is well made.

Really easy to get my own sized covers. Quick and easy, and delivered quickly
I found my new outdoor cushion covers to be really well made, good fit and the material is water repellent so hopefully now my outdoor lounge will last longer instead of having to buy a new setting. The online portal was easy to use, and the make and delivery was very quick.

My cover arrived just before the Feb 2022 floods and without it my bespoke table would have been drenched and damaged. Perfect fit, great colour and delivered quickly.
The item is thick and good quality. Even the stitching is really good. Follow-up communication is also good but the way they communicate is not. The person who answered my call is not very good in English so we are going round in circles... chat is also going round in circles and I got frustrated. But I still recommend them. Have yet to be tested on a really bad weather. Also, I need to add a rope or bungee for the grommets.

I do highly recommend covers and all. Ot was great to have bespoke cushion covers made at a reasonable price and quickly. The cushion covers arrived but I believe the ties are in the wrong place and half of them but nevertheless we are still pleased with our purchase

The two cushions I ordered are the wrong size. I gave them specific measurements and now they are disagreeing with me that they made the wrong cushions.
Exceeded my expectations. Was nervous about the fit and if I got the measurements correct but it all worked perfectly. Would definitely use them again if needed and recommend to anyone.
