The covers I got were fantastic. I am very happy with them but I also asked for a quote for replacing the inserts which the lady said she would email to me in a few hours. It has now been a few weeks and I have not heard anything from her.
From reading the description of the product I expected the covers to me water proof and not merely a thin material cover. Disappointed.

Would be good to be able to enter as cm or inch, but overall very happy with product. Ordered three custom lounge covers, extra heavy duty. Working beautifully chairs bone dry despite all this rain.
