Placed an order online for 8 replacement covers for our outdoor furniture. Found the site easy to navigate and provided customised measurements. Order placed and received within a week. Material is of high quality with large zips making it easier to install foam inserts. Would recommend using Covers & All to anybody looking for upgrade or replace covers. Absolutely delighted with the product.

This is an American owned (the inches should have given the hint) and made in India company! It is not just two suburbs away from me, which is why I went with this company in the first place! After reading the company's instructions, I decreased the height of our outdoor chipper cover by 2 inches, however it still drags on the ground, which is very disappointing. The cover has side pockets - something which was not displayed on the template, nor wanted. The quality of the materials is good.
Our other item on this order was a clear tarp which is thick and appears well made, however I would like to give an updated review in 1 year to report how this is wearing.
I have a second order - a curved outdoor lounge cover, which had even more communication due to changes and error on my part with the final measurements. They were prompt in contacting me, however calls from India, when I was doing night duty and sleeping, was not appreciated. I had requested all communication by email, specifically because of my shiftwork. When I did reply via email, when the my error was discovered, it was not initially passed onto the design team in India and it took a few days and me using a specific form before good communication was established. I am yet to receive this order.
