Quick easy to deal with - one cushion was for an oval seat and the cover was made more square oval, so is too big on corners, but can tuck it in
This is my second bike cover both times have been excellent nice thick material wouldn't hesitate order again
Despite providing correct measurements the delivered product simply didn't fit my BBQ. Now I have to go through difficult to understand hoops to see if I can get a replacement or a credit. Very disappointing

Found the whole experience of ordering made-to-measure covers surprisingly easy. Delivery was very speedy; the covers are extremely well made, with sturdy long zippers, and look like they will last a long time. I have already recommended this site to friends.
Fantastic outdoor cushions. Custom size and shape were easy to work out with the online size calculator. Even had a follow-up email from them to suggest moving zip for better concealment!

The vent/air pocket should be on the sides (right and left) of the grill and the drop-down height part should be on the front side. We request you to kindly try to skirt the cover in a correct manner and if you still face an issue then let us know via same email so we can check and provide you the best possible resolution on the same.
