I wanted something a little different from the standard order, so I gave my measurements and left a comment with the changes/extras I wanted hoped for the best.
They got back to me very quickly with a design proof to clarify what I wanted. The graphic design wasn't what i tried to explain in my original comment but made it very easy to explain the changes I wanted from that point.
A second design was sent out and the order was placed.
A small modification was made to the original purchase price (as expected) and the final payment made.
The curtain arrived quite quickly and was spot on. Now I have an a good view and protection from the elements.

The website was easy to access and use. The communication was excellent and considering the product is made to measure the time taken to make and send cover was very reasonable. The packaging used by company is far above average. The cover itself was a very good fit and well made. The only cautionary note would be that your measurements need to be accurate, allowing an appropriate fit. Their online chat service is a great help in getting measurements right. I would recommend this company and have indeed ordered another cover since this order.
