Amazing service that remained friendly and professional even after I tried to figure out if they were a chat bot. Quality product tailored exactly to my specifications. There was a delay in delivery but it was due to my own negligence. Check your emails often! To accommodate an antenna on my car that does not retract they asked for further measurements and refused to craft an inferior product which would not have fit my car. Excellent business practice which has left me more than satisfied.

I was under the impression that the covers had cushions in them. I obviously did not read the information correctly/ Fortunately I was able to use old cushions which fitted well. I made an incorrect assumption but it turned out ok
Good quality product thanks but not made in Australia. Importantly I received a schematic of the sail prior to being made and was able to correct any errors before it was made - thanks for that.
Afterwards I received an email "I am writing to explore the business synergy with your company." when my order stated it was residential - process failure there
