Cover arrived 5 days early which was a nice surprise. Very happy with quality the only fault I could complain about was the tie down strings were too weak. I would recommend getting straps instead. Other than that it was perfect.
I was very pleased with the level of detail and the requests to confirm information. I was wary about doing this process remotely but I'm very happy with the service. The cushions are on, it was easy to get them on and they look great. I was also pleasantly surprised by the surprise gift. A great tote and will definitely get used. Thank you!

The quality of the service and the product itself was first-rate. The consultant ensured that my measurements were in fact correct on a few occassions and that I was truly satisfied. It's a great service at very good prices.
I looked everywhere for a cushion to fit on top of my storage box. In the end, it had to be specially made but the cost of having a high quality cushion and cover to be made under non-standard dimensions was very high. These guys made it easy to choose the cushion, and cover while tailoring it to the size you needed. Arrived very quickly and it has changed the look and feel of the room.

One cover had pockets upside down and one didn't have the grommets every 6 inches

Great service and fabulous product - only slightly larger than I thought.
Cover was made in super quick time and when received it was thick, and sturdy. Sewing quality looks excellent and fits very well. Great job Covers & All, will definitely order again.
Also, had an issue where one of the covers didn't seem to fit correctly. After approaching the customer assistance team, they were very patient with me and showed me how to fit the cover correctly. I tried that and found that the cover did correctly, and perfectly. I thought the cover wasn't made to the right size, but I was incorrect. The patience they showed it to move me in the right direction was excellent!

I ordered my outdoor chair cushions on the website which was really easy and when they arrived they were absolutley perfect.I am just about to place another order for outdoor furniture covers.

The product was really simple to order and updates were provided on progress. Product is really good quality and exactly as ordered.
I received my outdoor seat cushions when expected, and they are very good quality. However, one thing that disturbed me was the amount of plastic packaging. It took me some time to unwrap them and now I have to dispose of masses of plastic. Could cardboard be used instead?
Had issues with paying for order as you had to do online only, and the system had a glich but got there in the end.
Simple and clear process. Product well made and custom request fits really well.
