Web site not so I Pad friendly but we made it work, delivery would have been better if I got an sms for delivery, we were not home so it was taken miles away for collection, if we had an sms could have arranged someone to be here?

Good except for a longer than expected wait although understandable given it is from overseas and custom-made.
I ordered two custom cushion inserts for $139 each. I had expected a tailored finished product. Instead they came as a cut piece of green foam rubber with some fluffy white padding partly glued on it. I had to contact customer service to ask whether to take off the fluff. They eventually said yes after about 10 mins. Looks very cheap for the price but it works ok.
As it was a custom order it was easy to do with instructions from the website.
