Excellent service, these guys know their stuff and asked many questions on the back of the measurements and photos that I supplied. The result was a set of covers for my garden furniture that fit perfectly.
Overall experience was excellent. Initially I was worried as the checkout on the website appeared to work incorrectly. I was told it hadn't processed my transaction but after a phone call to customer service confirmed that the transaction was successful. There was good communication from the design team and when the cover arrived I was very impressed with the quality.

Thought it was good to the point of delivery. Asked lots of additional questions above the order form standard which made me feel I was getting a quality product. However when it arrived, after over 2
Weeks wait 9 days of which was UPS constantly changing the delivery date, wrong order turned up. I seem to have the order for someone in the US (I am in the UK). Contacted company straight away but fobbed off with being passed to complaints dept and possible 3 day wait to even acknowledge the issue! This is a customer service issue which should be given prompt attention. Cover wasn't cheap.
