Order ground sheet, lunch bag, and 3 shopping bags in November After about two weeks I received an email stating that Coversandall did not have the colour I requested for the lunch bag and shopping bags even though when I ordered it stated a delivery date in November, which was missed when I received this message of unavailable colour I received a subsequent message from a courier say my order package would be delivered on the 17th of December! I received the ground sheet on the 20th and the lunch bag & shopping bags on 22nd all missed schedule delivery date and also missed there couriers emailed delivery date. Received no apologies or updates advising that there was a delay. If I could give 0 stars I would very poor customer service!

Bought a cover for a sleeper bench I made throughout the summer, made to fit measurements and it's spot on! The quality is great and looks the part. Delivery may have been a day or two early too. I will be using cover and all again in the near future.
