Great from start to finish. Would definitely use again

Really happy with my purchase, I chose a custom size order. It was a cover for my laser printer.
On my part, there was some confusion and change needed to my design. They were really, really, impressively quick at dealing with everything that needed sorting.
The cover that I received is pretty much just as I'd imagined. The quality of the material is decent, tough, hardwearing stuff, or so it looks.
It will certainly last a very long time for my chosen purpose.
The material is also a very satisfying colour, in stoney/beige.
Really happy. Was worth what I paid for it. I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely come back and use again if I can find reason.

So very pleased with my covers! They fit perfectly and are easy to slip on and off. The whole process of ordering bespoke items, and the care taken by the company to ensure they had all the correct measurements, was faultless from start to finish.

I ordered replacement covers for my peach day bed which was badly in need of a make over after years of neglect. I found this company via Google search and decided to give them a go. I was sceptical at first as I had no idea what the quality would be or if I had even measured the cushions correctly, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy the instructions were to follow. The cost was extremely reasonable as well, it seemed a bit too good to be true. My order was due in May 10th but actually arrived on April 29th. The quality is excellent! Way better than the original covers which came with the day bed (not from this company) and they fit perfectly. I never write reviews, but credit where credit is due, this company is fantastic. Would 100% recommend to others and use again.

I provided dimensions and photographs and the cover fits perfectly. The material Is light but strong and I'm sure will protect the swing seat for many years to come.

Our original cushion covers were ruined by the heavy rain.

The service from the offset was great. I was slightly worried that the fabric would not be what I was looking for. Following a very helpful Webchat, a swatch kit was posted which allayed my fears. The products are coming from abroad but expectations about timescales were correctly set. After ordering my cushions, I was informed in reasonable timescales they were being shipped. Initially Fed-Ex predicted a delivery a few days earlier than predicted and the shipment showed it was delayed for a few days. I was concerned something was wrong as the tracking didn't change for days. I called and was reassured and was pleased to receive delivery on the date it was due. The cushions are well made and look fantastic on my outdoor set. I would highly recommend Coversall for their products and service. My only feedback would have been for more colour options in some of the fabrics (I preferred the more expensive fabric however it was not available in blue unfortunately).
