Overall ordering experience was very good, simple to understand and efficient. Communication from manufacturer on shipping was timely and accurate. Delivered on time.

Materials are excellent, very durable and weatherproof. The only issue is that the meticulous measurements, that were taken and input into the very detailed and confidence-inspiring order form, couldn't have been followed very closely. Although when ordering the site tells you to expect a 1" to 2" tolerance (fair enough) what we received was inaccurate to degrees of -5" to +12". So it fits, kind of. Is it so bad that we're going to return it? No. If it was made locally then we would, but it's not worth the hassle of going through an international return process.
One last thing: spam email. You will now get inundated with email from then about getting other covers made.
Great all all round service from start to finish. Delivered well within the delivery time table sizes were just right.
When ordered I was given an estimated delivery date. I actually received the order a week before the date given.
