The ordering process was simple and easy to follow. Followed all guidance on site for measuring the covers. Then double-checked my measurements and had another person do the same.
Items arrived 3 days before due and were of excellent quality and workmanship. I will have no issues using them again.
I found buying my cover and using the live chat to speak to an agent very easy. After sending the measurements of my item and checking what measurements to use for the cover I was certain everything would go smoothly.
I'm pleased with the quality of my cover, however the opening hangs very loose on the outdoor pull up bar I bought it for. The drawstrings to close it don't run all the way around the opening of the cover so it is vulnerable to blowing away and not serving its intended purpose.
Coversandall responded within less than 24 hours of me telling them my disappointment, however they stand by the fact that because their product meets the agreed measurements they are not at fault. They are missing the point that I cannot appropriately tighten their product to fit my pull up bar and it is short of useless unless I make my own adjustments to it.
I expected better.
