Very professional service, perfect product to protect my patio table from the weather and bird droppings.
The material feels sturdy but I'm not thrilled by this made to measure cushion cover. I sent my measurements, with photographs of the measuring tape but this is very big. Few inches of room at the end and the depth is massively off making the cover just look very baggy.
The item did arrive before the delivery date though.

So easy to use. You select the type of skylight you have. The fill in the measurements and pick colours or extras you need.
Very professional with clear guidance by diagram on what measurements to provide. They Reconfirm the sizes with you. End product has three quality levels and I chose toughest level as normal off the shelf deteriorate within 2 to 3 years. The cover produced fits perfectly and appears to be likely to have a much longer life the off the shelf types. Worth the money by a long shot however only time will prove that.

I have tried installing the Sun Shade Sails today and find that they are too small.
I have checked once again the dimensions given on the order and these are correct but all three sails are too small and cannot reach as required, falling short by at least 6" even with the adjustable accessory at its maximum length.
I suspect that the problem lies in the amount you reduce the sails due to the accessories. I read on your website that with accessories the diagonal length of the sunshade sail will be reduced by 16.5" from each corner to compensate for the required accessories. This would give a total reduction of 33" that clearly is far too much as each fixing point and adjustable accessory measure at its maximum extension only 14". I would suggest that for the sails to be correct then a reduction of the diagonal of 16.5" overall is more than sufficient and indeed 14" overall would be perfectly adequate.
I would suggest that the adjustable fitting should not be at its maximum extension but around the mid point so allowing adjustment in either direction for fitting.
The outcome is that the shades are useless to me. Could you please arrange for larger replacement shades to be made of similar specification asap.
I have yet to receive a response to my email notifying you of this problem.
