To say I am impressed would be a complete understatement. I thought I was just buying a simple cover only to receive customised CAD drawings. If you emails of back and forth measurements and photos and I have an inch perfect fit to a very complex barbecue with a chimney. Thanks for your help guys. Phenomenal service. I thought after all the emails & phones calls, I would get what was agreed. I am awaiting a reply, so I'm hopeful of getting another clear tarp as ordered.

Regrettably, we are unable to find any error on our end. Your instructions for providing the webbing on the sides and bottom were followed along with the 6" pole pockets at the top and the bottom. Unfortunately, we won't be able to help you with a free replacement or a refund for the order.

The covers on our outdoor sofas have been in terrible condition for the last year. We were facing up to the possibility of having to pay a fortune to replace the entire set when I came across Cover & All UK. I will admit I was incredibly dubious as to the potential quality of the replacement covers but boy was I wrong! Not only are they a perfect fit but they also are an exact match to the old ones. Cover & All also sent design queries during the making process so that the end product is perfect and a much better quality replacement than we hoped to find. It has extended the life of our garden furniture by another five years at least. I highly highly recommend them!
