Very pleased with the shopping experience and the quality of the product. The order requested grommets 6 inches apart, however the delivered product came with grommets 12 inches apart despite commenting on the grommets discrepancy at the design plan stage. That said the product provided will work in an acceptable manner.
Very good website in first place to view and order what you wanted. Ordered, paid and delivery very quick. The goods arrived in vacuum pack bags and soon took shape. All in all I am really pleased especially as the zip has sewn cover over it, didn't expect that for the price. Well done.

I rang initially to talk with someone re the sizing/cost etc and the person was very helpful. They did take a while to come but I was kept informed and given a delivery date on both orders.
Great product, I ordered and requested custom sizes and places for eyelets. The design team contacted me with illustrations and measurements, checking I was happy, before proceeding with production. Excellent service, from start to finish.

Our biggest problem we paid extra for a delivery date oy to be told, that due to it being delivered from abroad they could not deliver it on time.
So far so good. Why do I have to write 50 characters when I don't want too.
None of the 3 items fit my furniture
They put far too much extra onto measurements to allow for putting on chair/ table
No point in contacting them as they are made abroad so they are not about to alter them
Will not be ordering from them for my outdoor loungers!
