From ordering to delivery was a very long slow process with two separate emails asking if this is what I ordered, I was beginning to think I wouldn't get my order, so although the quality was good, I wouldn't order from them again

I was worried about the covers being the right size but they fit beautifully. They are of very good quality and I'm sure will last a long time. I also chose to have a waterproof cover made and it is so strong with vents so no chance of the furniture getting mouldy and certainly won't rip it's so robust.

Ordered a cover for a workbench that we need to store outside. I took measurements quickly and was really pleased to receive a design which gave me an opportunity to tweak the measurements. Much more contact to get things right than I was expecting. Cover is just what we wanted and high quality. Will definitely use again.

Great quality item, website easy to use and item arrived quickly

I wanted a custom cover for my trailer, i didn't have a picture to help them so they drew the cover with the dimensions i had given to check everything was ok, as soon as i confirmed everything ok they made the cover and sent bit to me very quickly. It was a perfect fit when put on the trailer. Excellent service

The large parasol cover appears to be well made and to my spec. How long it will last - time will tell. Pretty good price as well. The company was easy to deal with even after I changed the measurements.

Because my chair was an awkward shape it took quite a few telephone calls and emails to get the size correct and I was worried it wasn't going to fit but it did and the staff were always friendly and patient. It feels good quality thick waterproof material so hopefully it will last few years, it's not cheap but if it last our winters and wind then I don't mind. I would have liked a zip down the front ot back to help put it on and off, I did actually think it came with a zip...

Good friendly service. Cover fits perfectly on our garden furniture. Thick good quality fabric. Ideal to protect table and chairs in the autumn and winter months

Good service, quality product that was made to measure. It is the first bench cover I have purchased that is actually waterproof, and the fastening options at the bottom of the cover means it stays put, even in diabolical weather.

Simple order process, good communication, they checked on my sizes after viewing my photo and then made promptly. Delivery from overseas was well within acceptable timeframe. I am very pleased with my cover.

Ordered the cover as wanted something permanent for the rainy weather but couldn't afford a proper roof.
