I went on this website after looking for weeks for something to help me out for my outside cushions! First i didnt pick the right one and instead of just sending me the incorrect one they contacted me right away and told me what i should order! Then when i was having trouble tracking this order they got back to me right away! Great great team! If you need some covers for anything outdoors related order from here!

What I received is good, and I'm quite happy with it. But I got contacted by the customer service to approve the sizing of the logo. The sizing was too small (even though I attached a clear mock-up to my order) so I asked for it to be bigger with the right measurement. But when I received it, it was the original size (the too small one) … But it still alright and since it was travelling from India to Canada, I figured it wasn't worth it to ask for another one. So overall happy with just a touch of disappointment:-)

The ties to secure the cushions to the chairs are in the wrong ends - so the zippers are exposed making them look messy :(

Nice product, Easy to follow instructions. I'm very happy with the finished results they fit as I had envisioned. Although I was a little concerned that the product was made in India and shipped to Canada. I was under the impression it was a Canadian company made by Canadian subcontractors.
