Ordered a custom barbecue cover for a large Kitchen Aid island unit. After a lot of back and forth measurement discussions for clarity and some language barrier I received my cover. The fit is not perfect but good. The cover is well constructed and the material appears to be of good quality (time will tell). I was promised a free reusable grocery bag but it did not arrive. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend Covers & All.

Excellent experience! My song wasn't a standard one as compared to the illustration on the order site but I did provide a photo. The designer asked lots of questions and I ended up marking up the photo using MS Paint. There resulting cover was perfect.

This is my second grill cover order with Covers and all, the first was for a seemingly a simple built in grill cover, which was mad perfectly, the second a full stand alone BBQ Grill, which seemed to present more challenges as there were a few back and forths on measurement confirmation and while I applaud their efforts in trying to get it correct, the cover is not what I would call a custom fit, as it's too big and sloppy looking on the grill!…
Quite disappointed given my first experience was so great, this second one fell way short!

Unfortunately, we ordered the same cover for identical outdoor chairs and one is a tiny bit short. Would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for that issue.

I found the ordering process was easy. The cover that I ordered is for a table with a cedar top that needed protection. The cover came within a couple of weeks and looks great, fits well.

I was surprised at the level of detail that went into the measurements and dimensions of th cover since I was expecting a more generic product. Instead, we received a truly customized, heavy duty cover that fits our patio set perfectly! For the affordable price point, this is a fantastic product!
