My two patio chairs were a smaller size than the usual. So I ordered custom covers from Covers & All. They even pjonedme to confirm my measurements were accurate. The covers arrived earlier than the expected time of arrival by two days. They fit perfectly and look great! Thank you for your great service. I highly recommend Covers & All for their great products and service.
Overall I am happy with the process and product. Trying to communicate with customer service to resolve an ordering issue became complicated.
Placing the order with all custom options was very quick and simple to follow, with confirmation of payment and order, delivery with tracking was quick and simple to follow. We will definitely recommend Covers & All to our friends/family and we will definitely use their services/products again in the future.

I drew up a diagram, and Covers & All then sent me their interpretation, it was fabulous... I tweaked it a bit and then they created it - it works very, very well! Thank-you!
The constant Pop-ups asking if I needed help were BEYOND ANNOYING! Always in the way... Yes it's great that you have a chat service - put it in the bottom right out of the way, and pop-up only once - if the client cancels / denies needing help - DON'T POP-UP AGAIN! OMG I must have had to reply 3 times that I didn't want assistance - at least the first lady responded - with "thanks - here to help if you need it" BUT YET it continued to Pop-Up and Pop-Up and POP_UP - seriously if i hadn't already completed most of my choices - I would have gone somewhere ELSE
