We have purchased patio cushion covers and a firetable cover this year and have been very pleased with quality and service.

I have had to place a custom order on both occasions for furniture that has unusual sizing and shapes. The company reconfirmed my measurements and adjustments were made each time. They are careful to review orders submitted and help customers prevent huge errors in measurements.

Trying to change from how to measure back to entering measurements was ridiculously difficult. Screen went back to original order design page. Being a technophobe, it was my fault. I also made an error on the dimensions that I used and the designers caught it and asked me to check. Once I resent the correct size I received the cover within a week. Love the product.

I was real happy with how detailed they wanted to get in to make sure that it was exactly what I was going to order wonderful service!

I have now purchased 3 sets of covers. They are durable as evidenced by our covered furniture looking like new after our harsh Canadian winters.

I needed a custom cover for my pizza oven. The team worked closely with me to get something that worked for my unique needs. Unfortunately I made an error in measuring so the cover doesn't fit well, but it was my fault given how complicated the pizza oven design is.

Love the cover. It is super durable and can't wait to use it! The process was relatively easy to do online and the cover came super quickly! I unfortunately measured incorrectly for the height, so my cover is a little too long. My only feedback is if the website could have more tips/tricks on how to measure items (especially ones that are not perfectly square), might help users like myself be more confident is their measurements! But I still really love my product and again can't wait to use it.

The dimensions worked out well and they were able to meet my demand for a unique TV box where the front of the cover goes onto the box and 4 zippers at the back to close it due to a pergola post being in the middle. Excellent service and dedication to the orders and shipping is reasonable.
