Our image we submitted was not good quality and could not be used. Instead of cancelling our order, Covers&all contacted us and found an image in their library that was better quality and worked for us. They went way beyond. The only downside is the way the product was packaged and shipped, the image is creased and is already starting to peal off in the corner.

I ordered a custom fit hot tub cap. I placed my order with the required dimensions, but was contacted by the vendor seeking additional measurements. I really appreciated that as it resulted in an excellent fit, with corners that perfectly matched the contour of the existing tub cover. The cover is well made and the material looks to be very durable - we'll see how it weathers the winter!

Overall, my experience with the design and support team was very good. I needed a fairly sizeable fully-enclosable zippered bag for our balcony furniture. They were very communicative and helpful around the design, although there was a little confusion at first around whether the website system was providing me a quote in Canadian or US dollars, but that was sorted out with a quick phone call. (I had chosen "Canada" in the menu bar but the website calculated the price in US dollars without providing any indication of that.) The custom product was delivered relatively quickly once the design and measurements were settled upon and, true to their word, I did not have to deal with Canada customs or any extra charges at this end. The bag appears to be of good quality (I settled on the cover "Tuff" material), the almost invisible stitching looks professional, and the bag works well for our purpose.

Cover for my outdoor fireplace arrived quickly and perfectly fit. Love the quality and the product was even better than i expected.

We ordered clear vinyl panels to enclose a pergola during the fall and winter. We ordered 4, all custom sizes, and they arrived within 2 weeks! Packaging was excellent and the panels are perfect.

Order process was good, delivery was fast.
Product will not be used or installed for several months due to winter weather so very difficult to rate

Ordering was easy, received it before the date they said it would get here. I have not installed it, but at first glance, it looks better than any tarps bought at any other store!

I thought the cover would have elastic corners to fit the table top. It came with a drawstring which does not keep the cover tight.

We live in a rental townhouse and we have sliding glass doors that go out to our backyard. These doors are old and unbelievably drafty, and in a canadian winter it's very cold! As soon as we put up our vinyl magnetic cover over them, the draft stopped and we have been so much warmer. It was really a game changer.
