The only downside to the process is that there aren't many photos of actual finished products int the colour choices. It is hard to tell what the actual cover will look like from the colour swatches you choose from. Please post more customer photos with their colour choice shown so we can see what it will look like.

Square firepit only came with 2 not 4 corner gromlets/ties, I didn't notice that in the check out as I would have certainly asked for 4. Nots sure how secure it will be when teh wind picks up. I also paid for expedited delivery and it was 3 days late... don't bother paying for this premium service.

I purchased a used set of patio chairs with very odd shaped cushions. The cushions were old and stained; definitely needed to be replaced, but the size and shape were pretty well impossible to find. I had used Covers & all for replacement cushions in the past and was happy with their service so I decided to try them again. Within hours of submitting my order a rep contacted me via email to ask for more detailed measurements. Even though I didn't really know what I was doing the rep was able to give me a picture with measurement guidance and after a few emails back and forth the covers were made and shipped. I could not be happier with the results. The fit is good and the chairs look much better. The customer service was excellent and the price very reasonable. I will use this company again. Highly recommend.
