When working on the design Covers & All did not quite read/understood my answers/drawings/notes to their questions and kept asking the same questions. At one point I was going to cancel the order.
As my oven is not a standard fabrication ( based on a plan made from ovens found in archeological digs in Pompeii) I understand that it may have been confusing. Overall, it fits good enough and looks good, but a little tight at the base of the chimney.

Very easy to order. I ordered another cover for my firepit expecting the same look from my original order a few years ago however I was a bit disappointed in the fact that my original cover had pockets on the sides of the cover and this replacement didn't have the pockets. It's a different look and I'm not sure I like it as much as the original one.

Called and he customer service line and they suggested getting the swatch kit before ordering. This was excellent advice, and it was received before the customer covered delivery date.

They're quality units. The custom fit based on the measurements I gave was perfect. I'm super happy with them. I wish the drawstrings pulled tighter but maybe I'm doing something wrong with them? Other than that I'm super happy hopefully will be happy for years.

Everything was great I got what I ordered and say to customize. All my concerns were answered.
My only issue(s) the covers were a bit baggier then I wanted them to be. I underestimated that additional two inches added to length and width. And the draw ties at the bottom are hard to pull tight. That being said. They will do the job easily and so I'm good with it.

I sent an email and Varun Mehta responded promptly with a quote. I then however in revisiting the site, saw that I could have the covers sloped so I added extra dimensions and changed the design, ordering on the site.

I've always ordered their best fabric and it's excellent, very durable and waterproof. In total I have 9 covers for various outdoor furniture with half fitting well but a few that are too big. For example I have one for a cooler that is 16" x 32" and they added almost 3" to both dimensions, now the cover drapes across the ground and with wind the bottom will most likely fray. My suggestion to anyone ordering is that you take at least 2" off the height to avoid this issue.

I purchased three of these tarps to enclose my terrace in the hopes of extending the seasonal use of the area. You would expect them to be packaged in a manner that allowed for an easy unpacking but it was quite the opposite. They were piled together then folded over three times and then rolled. That made it VERY challenging to unpack. It took longer to unpack them then it did to install them.
The tarps are extremely crinkled which severely impacts their clarity. I've tried to get the wrinkles out to no avail. The grommets are not equally spaced and the lengths with each tarp are uneven; one is the right length but the other two are short. I assumed the tarps were machine made but it appears they aren't, hence the lack of size precision. They are made in India so perhaps they are individually manufactured.
Overall I am very disappointed with the tarps. The cost was good but everything considered, I wouldn't recommend them.
