I Ordered and I got order confirmation right away and follow up email was sent a couple of days after. I had a tracking number to check on. I even got a phone call from them because they were out of the fabric I chose for one product and they offered to ship another color because of the delay it would take to get the color I chose. I ended up keeping the original color I wanted et will continue looking at the tracking for the coming shipment. I had to call them back after they left a voice message and the team was super friendly and well organized!

Every year for 3 years now I bought a cover for my 3 seater patio swing, paying $150. To $200. All claiming to do the job. Every year we return home from winter away just to find the cover just shredded to torn... no protection, complete waste of money. We will see how this one stands up - but right off the bat, the quality and fit is something to be admired. Yes, it costs more but I've already spent the same cost on junk! I will review next year after our winter away. I think this one is going to do the job!

Upon receiving the package, I held my breath unfolding it, hoping it would fit! Yes it did, with some wiggle room Yay! I have an L shaped patio sofa which i would have to move to fit two separate covers on-not ideal! Now I don't have to move furniture! The cover is thick and looks very durable, looks like I can use it even in winter. The pull cords at the bottom don't really work very well. The colour I chose is a darker gray and the material has a shine to it, it will likely hold up well in all sorts of weather Canada has to dish out!

The cover that I bought came too small and a different colour. Very disappointed with the purchase and I was told they would fix the error. 3 emails sent and no resolution.

So far so good. Installed the tarp for short 10 min. Trip and I couldn't secure the back of the tarp because of my trailer configuration and first experience and the tarp was flapping a bit but stayed intact, seems to be well manufactured and good rubber material, it should last, very good product so far.

I needed to replace a cover for our patio lounger that was destroyed by a pet and the replacement from Covers and All was far superior to the original covers we had! I am going to be ordering another one as the durability and quality of the fabric is exceptional.

I went online to the shop and used the chat function to find a cover for my right arm couch, a sales rep got back to me right away and had a link for to me input measurements. I received my cover in very good time, fits perfect and the quality is fantastic. Super happy with my purchase knowing my furniture will now last for many years!
