I was a bit dubious at first. My friend and I woked together on the measurements and crossed our fingers. The resulting product is beyond my expectations. I am going to order 2 more covers for my chairs.

I Ike how it's heavy duty and it fits very well, like a glove. The material is nice and thick so will last a long time.

Good product, looks well built with quality material, I'm sure it'll last longer than the equivalent from the big box store. I was skeptical the elastic band alone would keep the cover in place but it ends up working very well. The only advise I have is the website it says they add 1-2 inches to allow for some slack however the product arrived without that additional 1-2 inches making for a very snug fit, having known I'd have added 0.5in all around allowing for an easier installation and removal.

Easy to order online. Very good follow up from their design department to be sure the measurements were correct and friendly, helpful customer service all around. The quality of the cover I bought is top notch and definitely a cut above anything else I have seen. Plus - delivered exactly on time- when they said it would be.

Even though I communicated that I didn't want the extra leeway and I sent the exact measurements of the space, with photos, from post to post, the sail was too big for the area and sags too much. I even called to talk to someone prior to placing the order with the hope to get clarification on sending exact measurements, however, the person with whom I spoke, was not knowledgeable about the measurement taking nor was she able to tell me the measurements of the hardware. She was only able to refer me back to the website and told me to input my concerns via email. I even offered my phone number in the email and asked to be contacted to discuss what their recommendation would be with regards to getting a better fit. All I wanted to know was if by giving them the exact measurements from post to post, would they then take into account the hardware measurement and subtract it from the measurement I provided? Since they didn't do that, the sail sags because the hardware to attach the sail at each end measures an extra 4 inches. I will now need to take it to someone who can recut and resew the ends, and perhaps add some grommets so that at least the sail can be usable and attached with the hardware I purchased. It's just a shame that there isn't a better description of how to take accurate measurements, taking the hardware measurements into account and that there wasn't better customer service communication. Although the color and quality of the sail material and the hardware fixtures are excellent, I am disappointed with the fit and the fact that I now have to pay someone else to get it fitted properly. With that said, I know that if I have the sail modified by someone else, the manufacturing warranty will no longer be valid with your company, so I hope that modifying it doesn't affect the integrity of the sail.
