Diagrams and pictures needed as my cushions are not standard size. Cushions arrived quickly but really don't fit as well as I'd like. They are baggy and lots of wrinkles which I hope will come out after use.
It is a bit confusing to do the measurements based on the picture. Otherwise, the order process is fine.
Sales rep were helpful in guiding me; however your swatch package should be better label to ID what product uses which fabric... had to go online again and talk to sales rep to figure out which fabric is for the shade sail option and it wasn't entirely clear.
We have a large storage box for our patio cushions on our deck in need of a cover. It was simple to measure the box and enter the information in the online measurement guide. The cover came on time and it fits perfectly We were surprised how thick the material was and how well made it is. We will be ordering more covers in the future.
