Ordered custom cusion covers and the quality and fit was very good. Arrived within a reasonable time. Not difficult to order through their website but be aware their summary page before submitting order may not precisely show what you will be ordering. The order was submitted correctly though so no real issue there. Overall, very pleased with the turnaround time and result. Will consider again for future covers.
The designers took the time to make sure that the covers fit my unusual shaped sofa and chairs. The covers themselves are easy to put on and take off and protect the deck furniture very well.

Purchased a custom cover for a small bbq with a drawstring bottom. The cover itself is great, fits nice, looks good. But the drawstring closure does not work. It doesn't even go all the way around. There appear to be 2 sections of drawstring, each only covering max length 1/4 around. I need to use a bungee cord to actually secure this, which seems stupid given I ordered a *custom* cover. Disappointed in this.

Very disapointed, extra money, charging 140$ extra over 400$ already paid and collected. I was kind of a prisoner for this company. Or I pay the extra 140$ charged or I lose my order and what I paid for. It's disgusting, It was very frustrating. They never want to reimburse me and cancel the order. I vigorously won't recommend doing business with them.

My product is perfect if not for the fact that the cutout for the outlet valve is on the wrong side of the cover. I take responsibility for this - I did not realize that while the default dimensions (48"x42") essentially matched my tote exactly, the cutout is on the longer dimension by default. It is however disappointing. This default IS the opposite from any IBC tote I've ever worked with, but I don't know whether that's the case for most. So I'll just warn whoever's reading this to consider the cutout valve placement ;)
