With the older reviews I didn't know what to expect but I can guarantee you the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Product is so much more sturdy and waterproof than the original set I had on my pillows. Furthermore the fit was perfect. Customer service confirmed my order and asked me questions a few times to make sure they were doing it right. Furthermore I had chosen the wrong option at first and they asked me a picture and corrected the order to make the needed cover. I highly recommend Covers & All for any cover needs. My patio set looks brand new!

Our second order to complete enclosing our deck to extend seasonal use

I needed durable UV resistant covers for two large armchairs and a large curved couch for my outdoor deck furniture. I reviewed numerous customer comments, and due to some very negative reviews, I became hesitant to order from this company, finding that the covers were actually manufactured in India, as I previously had some "bad" experiences by ordering products from other countries. However, there were also some very good reviews.
Upon review of their website, I found it had templates for measurements for both my unique armchairs and curved couch, as well as providing free swatch samples to review of the materials they used for their covers. After these reviews, I decided to risk ordering from Covers and All, and ordered their best quality cover material. Of course, payment in full is required at time of placing the order.
One day after ordering and providing the measurements for my deck furniture, I received an E-Mail from C&A, with actual drawings of my proposed covers as well as the measurements I had provided, asking I confirm the drawings and measurements were correct (which they were) before they would put my order into production. I confirmed correctness of the order and measurements. Two days later I received another update, stating my covers were in production.
Within one week, I received another E-Mail informing me my covers had been shipped along with a Fedex Tracking Number. The covers left Ahmedabad, India, and I could daily track shipping progress as it crossed the globe to my home, arriving at my door in Canada 7 days later.
I opened the package and was extremely pleased to say all covers fit my furniture perfectly, and the manufacture/fabrication "quality" was excellent!
I am extremely pleased with the covers I ordered from Covers and All, and would highly recommend this company if you need quality covers for your outdoor furniture.
Upon reflection, perhaps the "negative" reviews I reviewed from some customers, was not necessarily the fault of C&A, and perhaps the customer provided incorrect information/measurements.
Again, I was extremely impressed with the detail and quality of the service C&A provided, as well as the covers provided by C&A, including the Fedex Tracking that was made available for my orders.
I did not (need to) contact C&A for any follow up concerns.

Ordered new cushions for our chairs. Time was taken to review our order and ask questions before manufacturing to ensure they were correct. We are very happy with the cushions we ordered gave our chairs a second life on the porch. Highly recommended.

I'm so happy with the covers I have previously ordered - high quality, good looking and stand up to the harsh Canadian winters! The round fire table covers fits perfectly. Measuring is easy and the fits are wonder for our large chairs!

I would definitely buy again I would just ensure I bought everything in one Color to begin with so I don't end up with mismatched cushions.

NOT square as per measurements. Opening uses ties not zipper as expected. Very poor fit.

I've ordered all my outdoor furniture covers from C&A. Prices seem high although not having to replace outdoor furniture due to fading or weatherbeaten definately makes up for it. I'm a long time customer because of it. I've had many custom covers made for TV's, couches, fire pits & umbrellas. I do recommend.

Purchasing experience was very smooth, communication was perfect. Messaged back n forth a few times to make sure they made it exactly how i wanted it.

In the Edit Cart you should allow to Edit the measurements. I had to order each additional item with the modified measurements and then delete the others in the cart. Or at least before sending item to cart, prompt user to verify measurements, or suggest to size up to the nearest inch (I'm aware of the size add-on, but rather be a bit larger than not fit properly).

Yes, it's waterproof but even on a slant and held tight, it still collects water in the middle. Won't be long before mold develops. Don't recommend as you can't return.
