I thought that the website did a great job with measurement input and I was happy that I got feedback and a drawing of my request, but I was disappointed that although the drawing showed my special request, the product wasn't manufactured to those specs. Furthermore, I submitted a ticket via the website and then never got a reply other than one that said we usually respond within 24 hours. That was 5 days ago. I really hope that someone will reach out to resolve this issue real soon. I was considering ordering patio furniture covers, but I suppose that depends on
